ANNUAL COHPS OPEN GOLF TOURNAMENT The Canyons at Blackjack Ridge GC Sands Springs, OK          Noon Registration, 1 pm Shotgun Start

INFORMATION / RULES

• Carts will be tagged with team starting hole numbers.
  
• Men will use the White tees and Women will use the Red tees
  
• To expedite play, please allow 15 minutes per hole, and keep pace with the team ahead of you.  Time spent looking for lost balls, clubs or players should be kept to a minimum.
  
• Once on the green, the AUTOMATIC "TWO-PUTT" RULE is in effect.
  
• Each player will be issued four drink tickets that are for use on the course only.  Drink tickets cannot be use in the clubhouse.
  
• It is mandatory to turn in a score card to win.  Please turn in your scorecard to the pro shop immediately after your team has completed 18 holes of golf.
  
• Tie scores will be broken based on hole handicaps.  The best team score on the #1 handicap hole will be used first, and so on until the tie scores are broken.
  
• Top three teams will be awarded individual trophies.
  
• Dinner buffet, awards presentation, and door prize drawing will be held immediately after completion of play.
  
• No steel spikes allowed.
