A Board of Directors consisting of up to 12 members and one at-large member oversees COHPS. These Directors work directly with representatives from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), Department of Public Safety (DPS), Oklahoma State Troopers' Association (OSTA), and the Retired Oklahoma State Troopers Association (ROTA).
